We're looking for a Product Designer to join Asteria as our second product hire. In direct partnership with Nicolas (CPO), you'll drive the full product design cycle, from discovery to final interfaces, and play a key role in shaping product vision and strategic decisions.

⚡ Your missions

• Discovery: run and deliver user research (interviews, user tests, workshops)
• UX design: defining flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• UX writing: crafting clear and consistent microcopy
• UI design: producing high-fidelity mockups and visual assets
• Design system: building, documenting, and maintaining a scalable component library in Figma
• Collaboration: working closely with the tech team (dev, data/AI), the CSM, and biomimicry methodology experts

🔎 What we're looking for

• +3 years of experience in product design, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup
• Strong ability to connect user research insights with product strategy and business priorities
• Alignment with our mission and commitment to the ecological transition
• Advanced mastery of Figma and strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices
• Ability to understand and simplify complex products
• Assertive in discussions, clear in your recommendations, humble in iteration
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with limited structure
