We are seeking a SaaS B2B Account Executive to join our growing team of 9 talents. Your role will be to join Domitille in accelerating Asteria’s sales efforts and be a cornerstone of our commercial growth.
💡 This is not a traditional AE role. At Asteria, an AI stack handles the time-consuming groundwork: account research, stakeholder mapping, sequence generation, and pipeline enrichment. You walk into calls prepared, with context and leverage. Your energy goes to where it matters most: building trust with decision-makers, running high-impact demos, and closing.
⚡ Missions
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery to close. Lead tailored demos, handle objections, negotiate, and build relationships with C-level executives. The AI does the prep; you do the selling.
- Pilot the intelligence layer: leverage AI-generated account insights, buying signals, and outreach recommendations. You decide what to act on and when.
- Enrich the sales playbook: document what works; templates, objection handling, competitive intel. Your field experience feeds back into the system and makes the whole team sharper.
- Enrich our business intelligence: assisted by AI, map key accounts, identify stakeholders, design outreach strategies by persona and sector.
- Collaborate with CS & Marketing: ensure a seamless experience from first contact to activation and upsell
- Track and share KPIs: surface performance metrics, identify patterns, and drive continuous improvement on the AI-augmented pipeline.
🔎 Who we're looking for
- 5+ years in complex B2B SaaS sales, selling to large corporates
- Startup experience — you can build process and be hands-on
- Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and close with C-level stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
- Excited to work with AI tools as a real leverage — not just "open to it"
- Comfortable making the judgment calls that no AI can: reading the room, adapting the pitch, deciding when to push and when to wait
